We are a small breeding farm, and
this gives us the opportunity to hand
print, individually care, and lovingly
train our horses. We offer for sale
Rocky Mountain Horses, Kentucky
Mountain Horses, and Spotted Saddle
Mountain Horses. We offer training,
breeding service with our stallion,
Maidensville Bo Jangles, conduct
training and horse care seminars, and
offer full boarding. Contact us and
arrange a visit, we love to show

Farm Story

About our farm
and about us. We have been breeding,
raising, and training horses for over 15 years.
People often ask why we decided to focus on
Rocky Mountain, Kentucky Mountain,
and Spotted Saddle Horses. The answer is
simple: we fell in love with their gentle nature,
beauty, and willingness. In 1997 Krista
saw her first chocolate Rocky Mountain
stallion, whose rider was smoothly parading
around a horse symposium. She decided
then and there that a drive to Kentucky,
during a snow storm, was in order. When
Ken and Krista finally made it back
home to unload the new mares, the horses
very quietly and gracefully unloaded and
started gaiting towards the barn under the
silver full moon light. It looked like
they were floating under the moonlight.
That is all it took for Ken to be convinced
that these truly were the beautiful horses Krista
had told him about on the 20 hour ride back
from Kentucky. Two weeks later they
were presented with their first baby, and
have been breeding ever since. The calm,
peaceful nature of these horses still amazes
them even after 15 yrs.
